Hawaii Cocktail Week & The Pacific Sessions is a celebration of the cocktail as it’s evolved in the Pacific. Open to both industry and cocktail enthusiasts, we are bringing together talents from around the U.S., Japan, Australia, and beyond for a full week of tastings, pairings, workshops and more! Come experience a week of the best drinks and food set against the beautiful backdrop of Hawaii.
